I've made two boots of the game. One for DOS, and the other winMUGEN. Either one should work for those who have DOS-able PC's. Windows users without DOS, please use the winMUGEN .exe

Game and most chars have been tested and played many many times without a single crash. If you experience an issue with a character that causes a crash, please contact me.
Due to the immense size of the character list, stages, and sounds, it may take a good 30 seconds to 2 minutes for the application to fully load. Don't worry about seeing a blank screen for a while. The game WILL start.
This game is set to fullscreen by default. You may change this, or anything else inside this game. Decreasing the stages, sounds and chars will increase the load time of the game, although, the load time really isn't that bad anyway. Edit away!
REMEMBER TO SHARE AND SEED! PLEASE DO NOT RESTRICT SOMEONE A CHAR. IF THEY ASK, PLEASE SHARE! THE MUGEN COMMUNITY IS A SMALL ONE WITH A LACK OF PEOPLE WITH HONEST HEARTS. THIS GOES FOR CREATERS AS WELL!
